AIB Bank has initiated a £50 million (€63.5 million) rural renewal fund which will help investment projects in Leitrim, Longford and parts of counties Cavan, Roscommon and Sligo. The fund supports the recently announced Government initiative aimed at attracting investment in areas which have experienced decline in recent years.
