Pharmaceutical firm Alltracel, based in Dublin, will float on London's Alternative Investment Market later this month and is expected to be valued at #50-#60 million (£39£47 million). Alltracel plans to raise #1.5-#2.5 million in new equity as part of the flotation. The firm, which specialises in the manipulation of polysaccharides, has operations and its head office in Ireland.
It also has research and development facilities in the Czech Republic, developing drug delivery systems and treatments for cancer and cholesterol.
