APN News & Media, the Australian media organisation in which Independent News & Media has a 41 per cent stake, said yesterday that its wholly-owned subsidiary Buspak Advertising Group, had signed a four-year contract with the State Transit Authority of New South Wales for the sale of advertising on its 1,900 buses and other state transit facilities across the state.
Buspak said it was now delivering advertising on about 8,000 buses around Australia and New Zealand. APN's other outdoor and digital firms - Adshel, Cody and APN Digital - were involved in the tender and will be providing advertising on ferries, timetables, tickets, bus depots and the state transit website.
