ABN AMRO is recommending Avonmore Waterford as a good bet for investors.
The continuation of its restructuring programme and the complete integration of the two recently merged businesses by the end of the year should support further strong growth this year. Avonmore Waterford should also be generating substantial cashflows from its Irish, British and US dairy activities in 1999, according to ABN AMRO. The broker has signalled that the shares, which are currently trading at around 265p, have the potential to rise to 340p within the next 12 months.
