The Margin has come across an intriguing incentive being offered by a Florida plastic surgeon who's trying to sell his $754,000 home in Orlando.

The surgeon, one Richard Nazareth, has agreed to pay the usual commission to the estate agent who can sell the house but has topped that up with up to $7,500 worth of plastic surgery.

What chance Irish medics and dentists adopting this practice. Dentists offering free crowns, cosmetic surgeons offering free nose jobs and liposuction to our estate agents.

The mind boggles.
