EWA Limited, a communications and contact management company, has selected Amacis's Visibility product as its preferred platform for managing inbound electronic mail, web forms and mobile messaging on behalf of clients.

Visibility is the flagship product developed by Amacis, the Belfast-based customer relationship management firm.
