The Business Studies Teachers Association of Ireland (BSTAI) is holding its annual conference on Friday 26th and Saturday 27th of February in the Anner Hotel in Thurles.
The theme of the conference is "Practical Business Y2K" but a diverse range of topics, from enterprise in schools to rural issues will be covered.
Speaking on the subject of how Irish business teachers can enhance the subject in the year 2000 will be the Minister for Defence, Michael Mr Smith TD, Mr Dan Flinter of Enterprise Ireland and Mr Gerry Clarke of Dell Computer Corporation Ltd.
