Bula Resources has announced the appointment of two new directors, bringing the number on the board to five. The company has also announced that an e.g.m. will take place on May 25th. The Government-appointed inspector inquiring into Bula Resources is due to hand his report over to the Tanaiste, Ms Harney, in the next few weeks. Ms Harney has said she will publish the inspector's findings. It is not clear whether the report will be published in time for the e.g.m.

The e.g.m. will vote on the placing of 35.5 million Bula shares at 1.8p with Morgan Grenfell, as was announced last month.
