Cablelink has announced plans to invest more than £2 million in a new customer management system which will enable it to provide a superior customer service and to further improve on customer response time.

The new facilities will provide Cablelink staff with a fast and convenient way to view critical customer information and will dramatically improve the quality and availability of that information.

Consulting and systems integration company Cambridge Technology Partners has been named as the systems integrator for the project which is due to be completed by November 1998.
