Irish fund managers saw the educational software company CBT as one of the best Irish public companies before the dramatic crash in its share price.
In the latest Finance magazine survey, the fund managers ranked CBT as the second best Irish company in terms of its strategic positioning, after CRH.
The survey, which was carried out before CBT's troubles were revealed, shows the company was ranked sixth in terms of its strategic capabilities and third, after Esat Telecom and Ryanair, in terms of its marketing strategy.
