Phoenix Technology Group has introduced a new Internet product designed to boost customer service of global retail financial institutions.
The product, called e will enable customers to check over the Internet how their application for a claim or financial product is progressing. Phoenix chief executive Mr John Feighan said the self-service module contained in e was designed to close the frustration gap that many customers feel about what is happening to their claims or applications. "Retail financial institutions have got to respond quicker to broker needs or customer needs or lose business," he said.
