RedevelopmentSite:An opportunity to develop a range of small industrial enterprise units in Bray, Co Wicklow, will arise shortly when the former ESB depot at Pinewood Close on the Boghall Road is offered for sale by tender.
Paddy Jordan of Savills Hamilton Osborne King is suggesting a price of over €2.5 million for the site of 0.63 of a hectare (1.55 acres) which accommodates a building of 709sq m (7,632sq ft), including offices, warehouse and ancillary accommodation.
The agent says that there is huge demand for light industrial space in the Bray area.
The zoning of the site would also permit a developer to build a scheme of offices and retail warehousing.
