ALLEN JACOBS Estates is seeking €1.75m for a four-storey retail and apartment building at 47 Capel Street, Dublin 1, which is for sale by private treaty.

The ground floor retail area extends to 37sq m (398sq ft) and, along with the office in the basement, is producing a rent of €35,000.
