TWO MODERN detached warehouses with a site between them at Blanchardstown Corporate Park in west Dublin are to be sold on the instructions of receiver Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennell. The properties were owned by Mancasal Ltd, one of three companies in the McCormick Macnaughton Group which have been put into receivership by the Ulster Bank.
The Blanchardstown properties stand on a site of 1.54 hectares (3.8 acres) at the front of the park. Industrial property specialist William Harvey is seeking €2.9 million for the largest of the warehouses, which is 2,611sq m (28,105sq ft) and includes a fully fitted corporate headquarters. The building stands on a site of 0.68 hectares (1.67 acres).
A price of €2.5 million is being sought for the second 2,400sq m (62,000sq ft) warehouse, which has a small office facility. This warehouse is currently let and due to be vacated next March. William Harvey is also quoting €320,000 for the 0.23 hectare (0.74 acre) site which c an be sold with either warehouse.
