A MIXED portfolio of office suites, apartments and houses in Limerick city have come on the market with an asking price of €3 million.
Local agent Rooneys is marketing the 10-year-old buildings at Clare Street on the Dublin Road in Limerick city which were developed by a Cork businessman. He operated an office equipment business out of the ground floor units on Clare Street before deciding to relocate to elsewhere in the city.
The sale includes IBS House, a four-storey building with four commercial units on the ground floor ranging in size from 81.1 to 96sq m (873 to 1,033sq ft). Overhead there are eight two-bedroom apartments and two one-bedroom units. A space at the rear will accommodate at least six cars.
Also at the rear on Old Clare Street there are five terraced townhouses along with a ground floor office and a further apartment overhead. There are five car-parking spaces at the rear.
Gordon Kearney of the selling agent describes the portfolio as "a very attractive bargain".
