SAVILLS IS reporting strong interest in a commercial property at Pottery Road in Deansgrange, Co Dublin, which is to be sold on behalf of a construction company, Pat Brock Sons, now in voluntary liquidation.

David O’Malley of Savills says it has already had a dozen enquiries about the property because it was rare that a an office/warehouse facility of this size came on the market in south Dublin.
