Redevelopment SiteHassett Estate Agents is guiding €8 million for a 1.3-acre redevelopment site at Dargle Road, Bray, Co Wicklow.

The site, which includes four spacious residential dwellings, is minutes from Bray town centre and adjacent to the N11.

It also has 225ft of road frontage and is for sale by tender on March 28th.

The largest of the four houses on the site is Valetta, which was built around 1700 as a Huguenot farmhouse.

It has been extended in recent times but retains much of its character.
