Retail Market:Key money of around €1 million is being sought by the O'Connor's Jeans Group for the lease of its retail store at 23 Grafton Street, Dublin 2, according to its agent DTZ Sherry FitzGerald.

The company holds the franchise for Jack N Jones in the Dublin area. The building has a floor area 340sq m (3,660sq ft) and trades from both ground and first floor levels.

The second and third floors are used as office and storage space.

The shop is held under a 35-year lease from May 1981 and the rent was recently reviewed to €517,000, effective from May 2006. This equates to a Zone A rate of €8,800 per sq m (€817.5 per sq ft).
