Dame St’s Jacques is now Jules

The new business will include a wine bar and concentrate on global comfort food

One of Dublin’s most renowned French restaurants, Les Frères Jacques, beside the Olympia Theatre on Dame Street has reopened under new management.

Longtime owner Jean Jacques Caillabet, has handed over control to his son Julian, who up to recently managed the European restaurant in Melbourne.

The new business will be more casual that heretofore, will include a wine bar and will concentrate on “global comfort food.”

The business will be known as “Jules.” The restaurant has undergone a total refurbishment.
