BusinessParks: The John Paul Construction Group is breaking new ground by embarking on its own office scheme which will be sold on to investors and owner-occupiers.
The company's first venture, Classon House at Dundrum Business Park, will have a total floor area of 7,000sq m (75,347sq ft) divided into 27 self-contained office suites. Office units are largely flexible but will range in size from 90sq m (969sq ft).
One block to be built off a central atrium will extend to 2,800sq m (30,139sq ft), making it an ideal headquarters for a medium-sized company.
CB Richard Ellis is quoting a selling price from €7,500 per sq m (€697 per sq ft) for space which will be finished to a high standard.
One of the attractions of the scheme will be its proximity to Dundrum Town Centre and the Luas station at Windy Arbour.
