Property auction:DILLON SOLICITORS is offering to sell full reports on the title of properties offered for sale at this week's Alsop auction in Dublin's Shelbourne Hotel on Thursday.

The auction includes a cottage in Leitrim with a reserve of €7,500 and a hotel in Donegal which has been pegged at €650,000. Prospective buyers will have responsibility to check the title of the properties themselves. However, the solicitors is selling complete title search reports with other relevant documents for €250.
