A NEW MARKETING campaign is being launched today to find additional tenants for The Grange office block overlooking the N11 Stillorgan Road in south Dublin.
The offices form part of The Grange residential and commercial development, one of a number of schemes promoted by Ray Grehan’s company, Glenkerrin, before its debts of €650 million were transferred to Nama.
Agents Hooke & MacDonald, now handling the day-to-day management of the portfolio, is quoting “flexible lease terms” – a competitive €160 per sq m (€15 per sq ft) for space on floors which range in size from 260sq m (2,800sq ft) to 929sq m (10,000sq ft). There is still 2,322sq m (25,000sq ft) of space available.
MentecPlus Integrated Solutions is based there along with an IT company, and in recent weeks a financial services company has agreed terms to rent 278sq m (3,000 sq ft).
The Grange is a high quality development, with raised floors and an impressive double height lobby. The Grange fronts on to a bus lane and is a few minutes’ walk from the Luas at Sandyford.
