The former Annesley Motors garage at 20-26 Ballybough Road, Dublin 3 comes on the market today with a guide price of €1.5 million.

The site is located about 45 metres from Croke Park and 1.2 kilometres from the IFSC.

The site of 0.275 hectares (0.69 of an acre) is being sold by CBRE on the instructions of receiver WK Nowlan Real Estate Advisers.

Robert Colleran of CBRE said the high-profile site had full planning permission for a 5,245sq m (56,457sq ft) mixed-use development with ground floor retail use extending to 1,869sq m (20,118sq ft) and a choice of either apartments or medical or media use overhead.
