Traffic along Dock Road has increased significantly since the opening of the Southern Ring Road and the Shannon Tunnel. The site has full planning permission for a multi-storey mixed retail and office development with a floor area of 6,087sq m (65,520sq ft). However Lisney believes the immediate potential uses are as a petrol station, or retail outlet or for other car-related businesses.
