Agent Donal Ó Buachalla is seeking €1 million for a mix of retail units and apartments in Monasterevin town centre in Co Kildare.

The portfolio includes eight retail units and nine apartments which are producing a rental income of €110,883. Even with some of the units vacant, the investment is still producing a yield of 10.6 per cent.
