Agents QRE are guiding €950,000 for a redevelopment site of a quarter of an acre with town centre zoning in Malahide Village in north county Dublin.

The site is at the junction of Strand Street and Old Street, about 300m from the main commercial hub and 200m from Malahide Marina Village.

Conor Whelan of QRE said the uses premised under the current zoning were extremely broad and include retail, offices and residential among many other uses.

Planning permission was previously granted in 2009 for a four-storey over basement development comprising a medical practice and pharmacy on the ground floor, medical care facility on the first floor and offices on the second floor along with four penthouse apartments on a third floor level.
