ANOTHER PHASE IN the sell off of facilities at Northwood Business Park in Santry, Co Dublin, gets under way this week with the planned sale of two development sites directly across the road from Gullivers Retail Park and with access to the nearby M50.
In recent weeks, estate agents HT Meagher O'Reilly and Savills have also been looking for buyers for a whole range of completed office suites which are being sold on the instructions of Simon Coyle of Mazars - which is acting as receiver to Bill Kilmurray's Deerbay Properties.
The same agents are seeking €1.89 million for a site of 1.53 hectares (3.8 acres) and €1.7 million for the second piece of land which extends to 1.398 hectares (3.4 acres).
The lands are zoned for a mixed use of commercial and residential facilities. A previous planning permission was granted for an office development and neigh- bourhood centre.
Northwood already has a mix of residential, office, retail and hotel facilities.
