THE FORMER offices of accountants Moore Stephen Caplin Meehan, who merged with FGS earlier this year, are for sale through joint agents CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle for €4.75 million or to let at €344 per sq m (€32 per sq ft) per annum.
Caplin Meehan House is in one of Dublin's top legal locations, close to the Four Courts at Blackhall Green, off Blackhall Place in Dublin 7. The three-storey building has 773sq m (8,320sq ft) and 15 car-parking spaces to rent at €3,200 each per annum.
The building is adjacent to the Law Society of Ireland, the National Museum at Collins Barracks and is served by two Luas stops which provide frequent and easy access to the city centre.
The merger of Moore Stephen Caplin Meehan with FGS created one of the largest indigenous accountancy practices in Ireland with some 300 staff and 30 partners, and consolidates its position as the seventh largest practice in the country. It has offices in Belfast and Longford as well as in Dublin.
