DevelopmentSite: Joint agents Colm McEvoy Auctioneers and Lisney are quoting over €12 million for a 4.53-hectacre ready-to-go mixed-use site at Moorefield Demesne in the fast-growing town of Newbridge, Co Kildare.

The site, which is a short walk from Newbridge town centre, supermarkets and DIY stores, has full planning permission for 196 residential units, a creche, two doctor surgeries and a 90-space underground car-park.

In relation to the residential element, the planning permission allows for 60 three-bedroom houses, 14 four-bedroom townhouses, 36 duplex units and 86 apartments.

The site is scheduled to go for auction on May 11th at Lisney's auction rooms in Dublin.
