One of the best-located fast-food outlets in Dublin's International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), the former O'Brien's sandwich bar on George's Dock, is expected to attract considerable interest when it goes for letting shortly through Mervyn Ellis of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

The purpose-built two-storey retail building was developed to serve the first office buildings in the IFSC, including La Touche House, International House, IFSC House, and 1 and 9 George’s Dock. Nearby retail traders include the Ely brasserie, Munchies, the Harbourmaster pub, and Spar.

The building, available for letting at €50,000 a year, has a floor area of 165sq m (1,766sq ft), on two levels. Most pedestrian traffic through the IFSC from Connolly Station and other transport termini passes the former sandwich bar. The Luas also passes the building, with a stop close by at CHQ.
