Infill SiteA superbly located site for 39 apartments on the seafront in Bray, Co Wicklow, is to be sold at tender on November 21st.

Nicholas Corson of agent Finnegan Menton is guiding €5 million for the site of the former Cois Farraige Hotel on Strand Road, one of the last remaining development opportunities in the area.

In addition to the planning permission for the apartments, there is also approval for a ground floor retail unit with 128sq m (1,377sq ft) of space.

Nine of the residential units will be one-bedroom apartments, 24 will be two-bedroom homes, while the remaining six will have three bedrooms.

There are a number of penthouses of around 102sq m (1,100sq ft) with uninterrupted sea views.

Finnegan Menton says it expects that the one-bedroom apartments on the site would sell from €325,000 while two-bedroom units should make around €450,000.

The largest penthouses are expected to achieve over €650,000.
