The guide price is in the region of €6 million.

The Priory at John Street West, Dublin 8 was built in 1878 as part of John Street Church, off Thomas Street, and has evolved over the years into an office building of considerable charm and character.

The vendor, Project Architects, has occupied the building since 2001, after refurbishing and upgrading it to provide 931sq m (10,021sq ft) of space over six floors. The reception area on the ground floor has a lovely old world feel about it.

Floor plates are regular in shape and benefit from natural light on all sides. Average floor sizes are around 170sq m (1,829sq ft) and are generally open-plan but also incorporate management offices, board rooms and meeting rooms. The lower ground floor is used for kitchen facilities and storage ports. There are toilets on each of the floors.
