ANOTHER attempt is to be made to sell a redevelopment site of 0.16 of a hectare (0.4 of an acre) at Glasthule in south Dublin.
Joint agents CB Richard Ellis and Gunne Residential are asking for €2 million for the well-located site which includes three houses with uninterrupted sea views over Scotsman’s Bay.
The overall site has obvious development potential – it could easily accommodate up to six houses and would undoubtedly have made in excess of €7 million had it been offered for sale at the height of the property boom.
There are two four-bedroom semi-detached houses, known as Ardagh and St Joseph’s, on the site. The third property is a quaint three-bedroom house known as Maryville.
Should the joint agents fail to find a buyer for the overall site, they will then offer the three individual houses for sale.
