Roundup:Another mixed-use site in the Cork Street area of Dublin 8 has come on the market through CB Richard Ellis.
James Hanby of that agency is suggesting a price of €5.5 million for the Donnelly Centre which extends to 0.15 of a hectare (0.37 of an acre) at the junction of Cork Street and Brickfield Lane.
There is full planning permission for 24 apartments on the site, as well as commercial buildings of 1,651sq m (17,775sq ft).
The Cork Street area of Dublin 8 has undergone major change over the past five years and further residential and commercial projects are due to be carried out over the next few years.
It is within easy walking distance of the Luas service. The site goes to tender on October 3rd.
