The agency is seeking over €950,000 for a modern ground floor lock-up shop at Rathmines town centre. The 50sq m (530sq ft) unit fronts on to Lower Rathmines Road and is let to Commuting Solutions, a bicycle store at a rent of €35,000 per annum. The lease has another 19 years to run.

The sale will also include an ATM unit on an adjoining building which is rented by Ulster Bank for 25 years from 1995. The current rent of €6,983 is overdue a review.

Finnegan Menton is looking for over €1.1 million for Derrynane House, an office investment on Dorset Street, Dublin, close to the junction with North Circular Road and the Mater public and private hospitals. The mid-terrace, three-storey over basement office building has a floor area of 163sq m (1,750sq ft) and is let to A C Pendred & Co, solicitors at a rent of €50,000 which includes car-parking spaces. The rent was due to be reviewed last June. The lease has another 20 years to run.

Also for sale by private treaty is a ground floor lock-up retail unit at 22 Ormond Quay, Dublin 1. The 560.3sq m (542sq ft) shop is let to CQ Communications on a 20-year lease from 1996 at a rent of €26,000 per annum. The property is in a central position between the Morrison Hotel and Millennium Bridge.
