The same agency is also offloading two other similar properties, one at Main Street, Wicklow town, and the other at in Cavan town.
The Wicklow property is a three-storey mid-terrace building with a floor area of 500sq m (5,382sq ft). A guide price of €2 million is being quoted for the building which has frontage on to both Main Street and South Quay. It goes to tender on October 11th.
The single-storey shop in Cavan has a floor area of 80sq m (861sq ft) and fronts on to Farnham Place. It has a guide price of €500,000 and best bids are invited by October 11th.
