Mr Shane Buckley has been appointed chief executive of Conduit Software, the software division of Conduit plc.

Mr Buckley also joins the main board of Conduit. The appointment takes place with immediate effect.

Mr Buckley joins Conduit from 3Com, where he was European vice-president for channel sales.
