Gartner Consulting, a leading supplier of technology information, has confirmed the acquisition the National Institute of Management Technology (NIMT), a Cork based research and management consulting firm. In a private sale, the terms of the deal were not disclosed. Gartner Consulting is a unit of the Gartner Group, which reported a profit this year of $98.2 million. It employs over 3,000 associates worldwide and is located in 49 countries.
