An article in yesterday’s edition, concerning a High Court case over an alleged conflict of duty, stated that the action, by Paul McDonnell against John Weir and Owen Conway and third parties, had been settled.

In fact, the plaintiff withdrew his claim in full and the lis pendens on the subject property was removed.
