THE dispute between shareholders in Murray Consultants Ltd, the public relations company, has been further adjourned to the next law term by the Supreme Court.
The company and two of its directors, Mr Joseph Murray and Mr James Milton, appealed to the Supreme Court following a rejection of their High Court application to have a stay put on proceedings being brought by Mr Terence Horgan.
Mr Horgan has brought a petition claiming oppression of a shareholder. Another relief sought is that the company and its two directors buy out Mr Morgan's shareholding and that the court should value that sharcholding.
Yesterday, Mr Pat Hanratty SC, for Mr Morgan, asked that the matter be put in for mention early next term. His accountant expert had indicated he would like access to the books and records.
Mr Brian Murray, counsel for the company and the two directors, said he did not see any particular difficulty in that.
Mr Justice O'Flaherty said he would put it in for mention.
