Would-be shareholders and those seeking investment may be interested in a conference that is being held in Dublin next month. The conference, entitled "Company Valuation", is being hosted by IIR, an international information company. The conference will discuss various techniques and solutions to valuation processes. It will also deal with methodologies such as DCF, market multiples, CFROI, cost of capital and earning streams evaluation.
Delegates will also hear about what the capital providers look for before investing. The conference will provide information on pre-flotation methodologies, as well as guidance on the difficulties in valuing new high-technology companies. Delegates will also be supplied with detailed methods of valuation specific to mergers and acquisitions.
