Using a Freefone number, more than 200,000 Eagle Star customers may call experts equipped to deal with household or car problems immediately. The assistance unit has a list of authorised professionals who are contracted to tackle customers' problems.
Motor Assist customers receive specially-discounted rates and any outlay covered by a customer's policy will be reimbursed. Policyholders using Home Assist are promised a quick response from the relevant professional.
