Some books are described or reviewed. a la Amazon. Asked for credit card information on an unsecure page before being transferred to a secure page for the actual processing of the transaction - when information had to be entered all over again. No privacy policy.

Purchase: Two books, £13.80 (€17.52).

Confirmation: Sent immediately on order, then updated with order status.

Postage: £4

Delivery: One book was not in stock. Received e-mail to apologise and note it would be sent as soon as it came in. The other book arrived promptly within three days with receipt enclosed.
