EDS, which employs nearly 400 people in Dublin, has announced a 15 per cent increase in fourth-quarter earnings per share to $0.70 (€0.75).

The company, which is listed on the New York and London Stock Exchanges, said contract signings hit a record $15.8 billion in the quarter and totalled $32.6 billion for the year as a whole.
