ESM-listed company Botswana Diamonds has secured an exploration licence in Cameroon. The exploration reconnaissance licence relates to an 8,087sq km area in eastern Cameroon, immediately to the south and west of the Mobilong licence area held by CK Mining.

Chairman of Botswana Diamonds John Teeling said the licence gives the company an “early-mover advantage in what is an emerging diamond province”.
