Esat Digifone has selected Sun Microsystems, Horizon Open Systems and iPlanet to deliver the infrastructure for its comprehensive new mobile Internet service provider. The multi-million pound investment allows customers to use the service to send e-mails, receive notifications of e-mails via SMS text messages, recharge their SpeakEasy phones and chat online.
