AIB Finance & Leasing has said that it has made available loan finance of £10 million fund to help Irish business to upgrade their IT systems for the Y2K bug and will consider increasing the size of the fund further. The fund has made available loans of between £3,000 and £20,000 to eligible companies and AIB says many small companies are now starting to focus on the issue.
