A new Telework Action Forum has been set up to examine remote working opportunities. It includes representatives from business, unions, academia, Government and teleworkers. The group will focus on the development of a suitable environment for teleworking opportunities, which will contribute to an improved quality of life. Speaking at the launch, the Minister of State for Science, Technology and Commerce, Mr Noel Treacy, said the forum had been established in response to the Report of the National Advisory Council on Teleworking.
