Friends First has reopened its commercial property fund for a limited period. The fund offers a mixture of retail, office and industrial properties and was ranked first in the market on a five-year basis by Moneymate.

Investment amounts range from a minimum of £5,000 to a maximum of £150,000. Investors can access the property fund through the Friends First capital investment bond available directly and through brokers.

The initial investment charge is 5 per cent of the investment sum plus an annual management charge of 0.75 per cent of the fund value.
