THE Margin was interested to hear that former Taoiseach Garret FitzGerald was seen on his hands and knees on Dawson Street very early on a Sunday morning recently.
The good doctor revealed this when he let it slip on a radio interview that the new Luas trains could not possibly get around the corner of the street. Asked later to examine the blueprint and provided with a ruler and compass he was forced to pronounce that, in fact, the trains will get around. But only just!
